     In July 2025, GLS Medical Services (now MedXPlus Medical Services) was taken over by Matt who has over 6 years experience working front line in the ambulance service. Founded in 2017, GLS Medical Services provided support to events of all shapes and sizes. The company was originally set up by Gavin and Lucie who had extensive experience in Paramedicine and Nursing.

    Our incredible team is made up of a variety of clinical grades to tailor to your event needs and requirements. The team is from a multitude of backgrounds including nursing and event medical cover but mainly frontline NHS Ambulance Service.

    We offer an outstanding and professional paramedic led event medical service. We are proud to provide our service to a range of clients from sporting  to seasonal events. MedXPlus Medical Services are able to provide first aid cover, medical response and paramedic led teams. 

    Hello.

    My name is Matt and I am the Managing Director of MedXPlus Medical Services. Formerly, GLS Medical Services,  I feel privileged to have been able to take over the ownership of the company in July 2025.


    I ignited my career in 2019 within the Ambulance Service, working and training as various roles towards my goal as a Paramedic. I have learned valuable skills and knowledge to deliver clinical excellence. Prior to the Ambulance Service, I operated an events company specialising in lighting and sound which allowed me to acquire various skills including leadership, accountability and self-motivation. 


    I feel my experience to date puts me in a good place to provide clients with a professional, trusted partner in delivering an outstanding medical service.
